Workshops

Workshops are offered to Guild members for a fee.  Each month a specific project is taught  to enhance skill building.  The classes are taught by a qualified quilter and teacher.

Notes for All Workshops:

Registration – registration must be completed before the date of the workshop.  You may register at the Workshop table at the guild meeting or contact the workshop team. There will be a minimum and maximum number of participants for each workshop. If there is insufficient registrations for a workshop will result in a cancellation. In this case only, workshop fees will be refunded.

Fee – Workshop fees vary month to month.  It depends on the supplies needed for the workshop. If you are a guest, you have to add $5 to your fee. Payment options are ckquiltguild@gmail.com and please be sure to specify: Participant’s name, email address, phone number and workshop.

Zoom – zoom links will be provided once payment has been verified. Zoom links are not to be shared; among other things, this can be a security risk.

Register but cannot attend? – Workshop registrations are transferable to another person; first priority for the transfer would be given to those on a waiting list. Workshop fees are not refundable.

NOTE: If anyone has a particular skill or project that they would like us to offer as a workshop or a mini-workshop, please let Heather Maslen know.  If you want to teach a workshop, remember we pay $25 an hour to our instructors.
